However there were some incredibly rude volunteers, snapping at myself and a colleague, even though they didnt give us an explanation on where we could/couldnt access and when to return, assuming this was because my company had used their bikes before, but I myself hadnt. Volunteers came to find us and became very threatening, implying we werent caring for our party which is a disgusting implication when we go above and beyond for those in our care, and then accused us of lying about not knowing that we needed to have returned the bikes by a certain time. The bikes werent damaged and everyone was happy, healthy and safe no need to threaten us and make horrific accusations over a simple misunderstanding, and certainly not doing it in front of our patients. It really dampened such an incredible experience. A little compassion and understanding can go a long way in a customer-facing industry, even if you are a volunteer. Big communication improvements are needed.
