I found Devenport to be completely different to your average estate agent. They had that personal touch which is often lacking and were always very open and transparent. I would highly recommend using them in the future. Aaron, always ensured he got back to me the same day and always made me feel he had time for us. I would say the entire team were always extremely affable. I was very satisfied with their service.

We instructed Devenports to sell our much loved Hampton family home on the basis of their pitch. They came across as honest, driven communicators. And we had no regrets either. We have nothing but praise for James and the team. Straight talking , hard working, highly professional, great value for money. They guided us through the sales process in an awkward market with a lot of positivity and acumen. And were always available for feedback and advice. Quite the best estate agency experience weve had. just got my new house with these guys! really great little team hardworking and committed! i had a lovely new home starter pack from them too! would also highly recommend going with the solicitors and mortgage broker they use as i had a virtually seamless process thanks to them!
