Rooms: Very warm..we found a fan when we were leaving. Bathroom could do.with a hand rail as it a bit of a step down. Nice towels. Toiletries nice but warned we would be charged 5 if we took them home. Nearby activities: Hampton Court Palace. Gorgeous and only a few steps away. Boat to Kingston also a few steps away Food & drinks: Quite pricey. Rather than being welcomed.on the Sunday evening g we were told to wait as.they were fully booked. This was clearly.not.the case as the terrace restaurant was mostly empty..food at.lunch yesterday was lovely although pricey for 2 courses at lunch time

Cant say enough how great this stay was. Hotel is beautiful and the service is exceptional. Dan took such great care of us in the restaurant and the food was incredible from the fire pit. We didnt want to leave! Products were great and they accommodated our two dogs with a bed, bowl, snacks etc.

After an excellent greeting and assistance with our luggage followed by a great check in and small tour of the hotel and being taken to our room, the service went down from there. We appreciated the upgrade to a larger room bed was comfy nice walk in shower but it was cold and the radiator didnt get even Luke warm til later that night and no battery in the safe. The service in the restaurants was awful, slow , staff ignoring you and when my husbands main came the pork was raw so he sent it back. It was as if we were in the wrong and my meal went cold waiting for my husbands new main, neither of which were very good. The one exception was the asparagus starter was wonderful and a nice table in the window. Breakfast was poor we have to wait 45 minutes for partial orders of the cooked breakfast included in B&B , as were other people. The coffee was good and the room is very nice with a super view of the river. Its a great location but I think we would choose to eat out for dinner if we stayed again.
