I'm a bit apprehensive about getting my hair cut as I struggle to find a hairdresser who understands that I absolutely don't want a round,bouncy 'do'!
Zoe was excellent at listening and being very patient with my probably rather unclear direction of what I wanted.
At no point did she make me feel that I was being difficult ( which I probably was Ha! )
She went really carefully,step by step so that I didn't end up with a drastic cut that I would have hated and been stuck with for weeks.
I am so relieved and impressed that I finally got a cut that is just the way I like it.
I was also pleasantly surprised to find that I was charged less than I expected because I didn't want a proper blow dry.
I will definitely be back for my next cut with Zoe at Grade One. Service: Hairstyling
