I was near Terminal 2 and Ms Sarita was very helpful and friendly. She helped me to find out where the bus station was. Very good customer service.

Amazing company to work for! You get recognized and appreciated for all the hard work you do. There are not many places that look after their people the way Ethos Farm does. All my respect and appreciation for everyone that is a part of this beautiful family

BE careful. Just because youre being offered an opportunity, people attach their own strings to deals. What is unfair treatment at work? It is where individuals or systems treat an employee differently to others, for reasons not related to their job performance. A manager, peer or subordinate can treat an employee unfavourably. Used to work here. one word: discrimination. Exists here. If your reliable as an ethnic minority it is seen as a negative thing to this company. Especially if your consistently reliable. Now its no known fact that as a ethnic minority we do have different features and ultimately a different skin colour. But what company allows a Luton airport member to tell one of their staff, I dont like the look of you. One month later they stopped offering me shifts. Was replaced in a matter of a week. The reason was theres no more shifts available then I asked Denisa (the manager) is it permanent? The answer was yes. Communication as you can tell was planned but definitely not professional. According to Robi, there wasnt an issue with my work. Then what was the reason for not offering me shifts? Because of the way I look I presume. If you apply here just get plastic surgery, possibly bleach your face a little. And dont forget to smile. I really dont judge people and my value is clearly a lot better than theirs. I think I honestly harmed your egos. Did it hurt? Good. If I had to personally recommend others to them, if youre think youre too advanced for the job role then dont apply. As a pilot Ive worked in the airport and in the cockpit. Tell me how many other pilots youve recruited. I know Im the first one; Im trusted for my expertise and so I levelled down a little for the job role. Even then the hypocrisy was alive.
