        Excellent service! I contacted Mark to help resolve some reinstallation issues following a factory reset that was plaguing a Mac Pro Late 2013. I needed it fixed ASAP as I was selling it to a family friend - Mark delivered, having everything fixed within 24-hours. In addition, he installed a new fan (at no extra charge). Its not just the swift and accurate resolution though. Mark comes across as a really nice, genuine guy and it was an absolute pleasure chatting to him. I will no doubt use his services again.
