NJC did all the party wall related work for the doom extension a few years ago and ground floor extension this year. We really appreciate the high quality work. I also really enjoyed the interaction with the company. I would definitely use again and recommend to friends.

We used NJC Services as a consulting surveyor on a fairly major house renovation in Teddington. The company provided invaluable support to help navigate the complexities of drawing up a scope of works - finding a building contractor - liaising with Planning Department and Building Control - managing stage payments - sourcing and managing sub contractors - managing the building contractor / client relationship etc etc. In short NJC are the experts working for you from start to finish in what is often a daunting environment.

Nick completed a building survey for our property purchase. It was extremely extensive and detailed, and showed a high level of expertise and experience. The report was sent to us in a timely fashion and included a phone consultation to walk us though it. The building survey was well priced so represented very good value for money compared with some of the other quotes we received. Would definitely recommend to friends.

We would highly recommend Nick based upon the survey provided for our recent property purchase. The contents of of the report was very detailed and helped alleviate any concerns we hard regarding the property.
