She teaches with compassion and infuses her classes with her boundless knowledge of the physical, subtle and spiritual aspects of Yoga. Enhanced by her expertise in Chinese Medicine, Meridians (energy channels) and seasonal nutrition, each class is a profound and unique learning space, as well as a beautiful physical practice which incorporates Pranayama (breathwork) and chanting for a holistic yoga experience.
