I have been practising yoga with Sam now for a number of years and hope to continue for many more. Sam's yoga is perfect for me as an cyclist and gardener. Her focus is on people who have a very physical lifestyle thorugh sport and work. She helps keep my body strong and supple. I've practised with her both in group in person classes and online throughout covid as well as a couple of 1:1's for individual support. She's a thoughtful teacher and friend. She listens attentively to individual's who need adjustments or different poses due to difficulty within the body. Sam provides a relaxing, supportive and safe space to practise. Always welcoming to newbies as well as remembering all the challenges in the bodies of her regulars. Her knowledge of the human body is second to none. I always learn something new about the connections within it! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sam.

Sam is a great teacher and her online classes have been invaluable during lockdown. She has made a tremendous effort to adapt to meet the needs of clients and continues to offer the flexibility of online and live classes. Highly recommended.

Always striving to be a better teacher and impart that knowledge onto her students to give them the best experience they can have! I have been attending Sams classes for many years and during that time my practise has become deeper and improved beyond recognition. Shes not about bending me into silly shapes that my body might not like just so I look good on a yoga mat, shes about making me stronger through the practice of yoga. Sam was also instrumental in me taking my yoga to the next level and embarking on my 200 hour teacher training. Highly recommend.

Since Sam's beginnings, I have been going to her Yoga classes. It's the best way to stretch & relax. She is a highly experienced athlete so has an all-round understanding of physiology which helps if you have an injury or need to work on specific areas. She adapts her practice to include all levels in a super friendly class. Love Sam and would always recommend her!
