Searched for an H2O International replacement cartridge which is a very good brand. WaterfFilterShop came up and placed order. A week later after order had not arrived I sent a message to cancel order. Was assured that refund had been done. Waited a week for refund to appear in PayPal. Contacted WaterfFilterShop spoke to "Stanley"...not sure if this is his real name. Only to be told that issue was with PayPal.... while on phone to PayPal I received 3 calls from "Stanley" which I was not going to answer, magically the 74.40 appeared in my PayPal account. Did advise Stanley that I would be leaving a bad review. Have since ordered from the real H2O International UK Ltd for 59.99

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Placed an order online for a filter unit that was described as in stock. Was contacted a few days later by email stating that they only had an alternative, which was not suitable for my requirements. Asked if they could supply a UV lamp only and refund the difference. They said they would process this straight away and the lamp would be delivered in a few days. 3 weeks have passed and the lamp has not arrived. Expect to wait several days before emails are responded to. The listed telephone number is NEVER answered - straight to answering machine, calls are NEVER returned. Emails are now being ignored. Pity I could not leave zero star review.

The Coldstream Sentry Gravity Water Filter is amazing, bit harder to assemble than I expected but after you just need to refill and drink freshly filtered water. Delivered on time.
