Huge thanks to Kaylie and Claire for helping us get a highly bespoke headstone crafted for our late father. Their advice on the best stone for the location and cemetery conditions was extremely valuable and they helped us choose something that best suited the plot. A fitting memorial is now in place and we would happily recommend Kenward & Sons and the Hampton Wick team.

The whole team at Kenward & Son were amazing! Clare and Kaylie were so helpful throughout the whole process and it was so easy to cater our headstone to exactly how we wanted. They made sure to stay in touch with us through everything and kept us updated on how things were going. They even made sure the team who were going to assemble the headstone got in contact with us so we could be there at the cemetery when they were placing the stone, this was a special request we had asked for. We had our 30yo headstone restored and the letters re-painted. The quality of the work was wonderful and the headstone looks like new again. We were carefully helped throughout the whole process as we really had no idea how this all works. The recommendations made were sensible and gave us the excellent results.

Every query was dealt with promptly and courteously so that what could have been a stressful and anxiety-inducing process went smoothly and was totally stress free. The level of care and customer service I received was truly outstanding. In what was a very difficult time for me, both Kaylie and Claire were very understanding and sympathetic to my needs and helped me enormously in choosing the right headstone. Even when I requested some Arabic script, they both went the extra mile to make sure it was perfectly done. The resulting headstone was truly outstanding, both in terms of quality and design and it was also very professionally installed. 10/10 Thank you so much Kenward and Son, you helped me enormously.
