        Ive been going to see Claire for numerous visits now for lower back pain and general stiffness due to cycling and age. Very knowledgeable and thorough, understands and listens. The sessions are beneficial and using added stretches that Claire recommends help alleviate the stiffness and soreness. Totally recommend Claire for any Movement Fix

        I visited Clare last week for a massage at The Whole Harmony clinic in Hampton Wick. Right from the beginning Clare put me at ease and talked me though what would be right for my sore back, neck and shoulders massage wise. The massage was incredible! I have never experienced a more fascia based approach to massage and it was so unbelievably relaxing and also very powerful too. I floated home and slept very deeply straight through the night. My stiff left shoulder has significantly improved and my back too. I can highly recommend Clares magical hands especially if you are suffering with a tight neck, back and shoulders.
