Rude and patronising Staff I return a pair of earplugs just after I bought them as they were the wrong one first they want to charge a 3.80 . When the earplugs were priced on the shelf at 2.82 then Instead of refund me they charge me again . I try to explain to them that I was charged again and they refunded me after all the drama . a woman (staff ) stepped in and she was so patronising and rude I complained and she just said to me this things just happen you will get you refund back within 4-5 working days . Unacceptable customer service . Never again

I can highly recommend Herbert and Shrive's earwax removal service. For the fee both ears were treated, and in my case several sessions were needed (without further charge). There is a high regard for safety and good practice, and the procedure is handled in a professional and patient manner.

I would thoroughly recommend the micro suction service . I recently used this , with other members of my family and we were all very happy with the service provided. Holly has a very nice manner in dealing with the public.

Saw Holly who checked out my ears. Thought I might need to get them cleaned. But she had a quick look and checked them over and all is OK. Very good service and happy with the results and follow up.
