I love Nafisa's deep tissue pregnancy and now postnatal massage. It's been very helpful for easing painful knots in my back. Plus Nafisa is absolutely lovely so thoroughly recommend!

I had a prenatal massage as a gift from a friend. Ive been looking for a massage therapist as talented as Nafisa for about ten years, I cant believe shes been sitting on my doorstep all this time. Her attention to detail in her studio and her overall demeanour create an environment that instantly wraps your up in safety and calmness. Every second of my massage was incredible and there were moments where I wanted to applaud her as you would with a play or good music because of how talented she is. Ive found in the past its taken therapists a few sessions before they really understand where I need attention but its a testament to Nafisas experience, passion and natural ability to understand the human body that she achieved in an hour what other therapists havent been able to do in many hours. I felt wholly relaxed, physically and mentally afterwards. Thank you so much Nafisa!

Had a 90 minute pregnancy and reflexology massage at 38 weeks pregnant, nafisa made me feel extremely relaxed and the massage made me feel amazing after, will defiantly be back and recommend nafisa for any type of massage! Thank you :)
