L'Amandine Patisserie and Coffee House

I thought that the usual manager was going to be there today. Turns out shes on leave until next year. I asked if I could have my coffee cup that I keep there as my coffee cup is easier to hold with my Disability. She shouted in front of the customers that were there. That my card hadnt gone through. There was no need to shout! The music was boring as well. I wont be coming back until the nice staff is back.

Went here today . The usual staff not around . There was a really pushy rude manageress throwing her weight around. Was rude to my client who kindly asked if she could have her coffee in her own cup that is on the premises as she has a disability, the manageress was rude saying she didnt know where it was . She didnt even try to look for it . Then she shouted at my client who is autistic that her card hadnt gone through , like she was going to run out the shop , whats wrong with people , also the tea has gone up from 2 to 2.60 in one week . When I queried it I was shut down with everything has gone up . It was a cheap pg tips tea bag ! I wont be coming here again unless the nice staff are coming back .

Amazing staff! Great food! Manager/owner and the main guy who work here go above and beyond to make sure customers are very happy!!!! Will def be coming again
