Fantastic level of customer service. Long story short which Im sure Ian at Oakham can attest. Sigma had a particular bike which I wanted, as it happened it was the last bike in my size in the country. After hearing my previous bike was stolen Ian took the new bike off sale and held it on reserve in my name. It took months for the insurance to pay out but at no point did I feel pressured to hurry things up. Genuinely appreciated the patience of all involved in the purchase especially Ian.

Great store with a good selection of top tier bikes and products. Unfortunately my experience was uncomfortable/awkward with the assumption I know nothing about cycling with two different staff members, think there needs to be some training with staff members about diversity in cycling. I went to buy some bib shorts and ended up leaving and buying them directly from the brand instead. Just to add I use the app and also a fan of Sigma, its just a shame my experience in store wasnt as comfortable as it should have been.

First ebike with gears. Staff at oakham branch super friendly gave me simple instructions on how it worked and took time making sure i was set up right before leaving the store definitely recommend and will go back

I bought an electric bike and gps from Kingston. Everyone was incredibly helpful and Sheng spent a lot of time uploading maps for me. A great experience and Thank-you!
