had a valuation of stamps that my grandfather and father collected from pre war, the valuer that we saw was insulting and wanted to buy the whole lot for 150, since i came home after a 150 mile journey one of the stamps got sold for 15000. They are a rip off and he told me that it was a junior collection. What a junior collection from the 1800's!!!. I have no faith in that company. Wasted my day.

Watched a live online auction and placed a bid (first time buying at an auction) I can honestly say it was really easy I did contact their call centre as I wasn't sure about how to pay for my items and for P&P the lady I spoke to explained how everything works and how to pay it was so easy and the item arrived the next day tracked delivery I have now got the auction bug and will definitely be buying from Hanson auction again thank you so much for an easy transaction and a very enjoyable experience

We attended a valuation day and were told that they would visit our home to see the many items we wanted to place in a sale. We called and emailed several times, and attended another day to try to organise their visit. Calls and emails were unanswered and we have got nowhere in several months. We have now decided to find a more professional auctioneers. Very disappointing as they are close and we had assumed from the Hanson name that they would be professional and competent. I do not recommend them at all.

Terrible experience lost my mother in laws property. Over 2 years later and after many emails / calls they said they had sold it for far less than the reserve price, without our permission. Would never use again.
