I have recently vacated this place after living here for 7 weeks and paying a BOMB of an amount per night! I think I am in a reasonable position to provide feedback. Where do I start...right from the first week, I reported to the leasing agency that the corridors were smelly, water coming out of kitchen taps was smelly, water coming out of bathroom taps was smelly (unique copper smell and taste) and the entire apartment was smelly. All I got in return was a room freshener which got finished after 20 days and when I inquired about the replacement, I was told the landlord wouldn't pay for a refill. Fair point...considering I was not asking the refill for a lavish experience but only to mitigate the smells coming out all over the place. I got a real tight parking space for my car, I guess there are other parking spaces reserved for other apartments. Apartments 1-15 are not taken care of by the local management, so every time I went to concierge for some help, I saw a tight upper lip and received zero help. The washing machine stopped working one weekend and since there was no help available, my wife had to wash clothes sitting in the bath tub! Both of us are working and don't have time to wait until the weekdays to arrive and someone to turn up. The bathtub water heater had some problem and every time I wanted to take a hot bath, I saw white flakes floating on the water. Informed about this to the leasing agency, but despite assurance, nothing changed. It seemed that the agency/landlord didn't care once they were assured the rental was theirs. Since I had recently relocated from another country, I had 100 other issues to take care of, besides the issues at the apartment. Weekly cleaning was not up to the mark any of the weeks, it was done every Tuesday. The cleaning staff did a very hasty job, I saw them working once and they were in a rush. The kitchen floor was sticky all the time and I got fed up of reporting issues after a while. I wish I knew more about the local areas and had a choice, I would have certainly moved out when I had a chance after finishing 1 month. My recommendation - please avoid if you can. It's not that the set-up is bad. The property is located in an awesome location and near the railway station, it's just the attitude of the leasing agency and the landlord which irked me the most. I even mentioned this to the relocation adviser for my company, make sure no one from my company stays here ever again!

Contrary to the fool (first review) and his Hypocrisy( see his writing), the Concierge staff are extremely polite, where they will always go out of their way to help. I suppose tact and diplomacy relating to approach in a respectful way is something that Mr 'wash -in - tub,' did not consider. Launderette anyone!
