        Great experience. Alessandro helped us design the perfect relaxed but delicious birthday meal for my husband's 40th birthday. And chef Michael who cooked on the day was amazing. Funny, interesting, chatty when we wanted him to be but discreet when needed. And the food was delicious! Couldn't have asked for more! So pleased we did this

        It was a pleasure to work with Alessandro, he undertook a very last minute 3 week placement in Paris for some VIP clients and was incredibly personable, communicative and delivered an excellent level of food for my clients who have extremely high standards. It would be a pleasure to use him again and would recommend him for any future position!
