I am an employee of USC and have only positive experiences of working here. The dedicated office staff ensure we are able to deliver outstanding care to our clients. I am proud to wear the USC badge and have found all my colleagues to have the same high values and standards as myself. I have tried a number of agencies to find a carer to work on a one week in four rotation and needed the same lady each week. Unique care are the only agency that could guarantee the same carer. I was pleased to having a meeting with Claire and carer before I agreed to the contract. Claire Ramos the live in care manager was so very helpful with both finding me the perfect carer as well as keeping me updated along the way. She checked in not only with myself but with the carer to see how we were getting along too.
