        Went here with family over the weekend, got served by Mark who is amazing and funny, he made us feel welcome. He is a massive asset to your team. Our food was good but we had a little bit of messing around with our order due to kitchen issues but these were quickly sorted. We will definitely be back. Vegetarian options: The options are quite good and the staff are very helpful in getting what you want.

        Pretty disappointed with the customer service to be honest. For the 2nd time we have turned up and ended up going to Frankie & Bennys. With an over half empty restaurant they have told us on both occasions that they cannot fit us in. Even after we dined at Frankie & Bennys, the Bella Italia restaurant was still just as empty.. so they clearly dont need the business or cant be bothered to cater for a family of 4..
