I took one of my clients here (I'm a mobile care assistant) and we were both a bit upset that she would have to stay there. The staff were really kind and understanding. They gave us coffee and biscuits and kindly talked to us about the home, then made a safe space for me to leave quietly. There was a large space for residents to sit together, craft making and garden space for fresh air. The residents all seemed very happy and chatty. It was lovely to visit, under the circumstances a bit upsetting but very well managed.
