I am posting this on behalf of a friend who does not have google access. My wife returned a hat yesterday with in the returns policy that had 2 holes in, but didnt write why she had returned it, but only to say she didnt want it. NOW White Stone are saying she cant have a refund and should claim off the courier. This hat was 85 and should have been inspected before leaving the shop, not try and blame someone else when you can quite clearly see its a stitching fault. Then sent photos with 2 holes in the bag to say the Post Office courier did it. This is very devious behaviour from a company that requires customer recommendations. If you are still insistent that my wife damaged the hat I will be seeking advice, because it should have been signed for on return and refused if the bag had holes in or damaged!!! Im unsure what my wife would gain by damaging the hat when it could be returned for a full refund anyway!!! ARawson
