What a pleasure to deal with. This is the first time I have had a house run on oil. Phone them once the purchase had gone through and the lady on the phone was so helpful. They filled the tank up for me within a couple of days. Great service

Absolutely thrilled with our service so far. We have just recently switched from one of the 'big' suppliers who let us down terribly and left us with no gas during the cold snap. From the very first phone call with Northern it has been a faultless stress-free experience. We have spoken with a lovey lady who has worked for the company 27 years (a far cry from the teenagers in the call center at said 'big' company who didn't give two hoots) and we have had direct communication over the phone with Steve the owner - both fantastically helpful. Switch was seamless and within two weeks we have received gas. Very happy.
