        Horrible customer service

        Came in to get some work done and the manager and one of the girls working had a 15 minute screaming match, to the point where they were ignoring incoming customers. Then to top things off, after the girl stormed out, the 3 employees spent 20 minutes gossiping about this girl so that the whole store could hear. The music was annoyingly loud, but I guess it was too loud for them as they ended up turning it off so they could continue to gossip at the top of their lungs. Had to get out and felt extremely uncomfortable.

        A perfect example of how NOT to scale a retail chain. Staff all over the shop and inconsistent in product quality and service. Perhaps try and have fewer outlets but manage those you have properly rather than trying to be everywhere and the experience for customers is a disappointment.
