    Ive been training with Franklyn for several years now, initial focus was on improving my technique and strength as I had hurt my back due to bad technique. Ive seen huge difference in strength overall and he has been brilliant at being conscious of previous injury. I started cycling through covid and Frank has been great at helping to improve strength with focus on what I need to get better on bike and in lead up to any cycle trips in helping to get me as fit as possible. Overall he has good balance of being nice but will also push you to do more than what you think youre able to do, which is what I think you want from a trainer. Overall would highly recommend Frank.

    Frank has been my trainer for over seven years and continues to provide excellent and thoughtful strength training for me. I am 64, and active, and Frank ensures that our twice-weekly, at-home sessions are challenging, varied and fun. He is also in tune with various ailments/strains that arise from time to time, and liaises with my physiotherapist to ensure that our strength training programme is tailored to not only prevent further injury, but to reinforce any rehab I have underway at any given time. In addition, Frank works hard to ensure my fitness programme supports my outdoor hobbies, including trail running, road biking, swimming, skiing and golf. For example, 4-6 weeks before my annual ski break, Frank introduces a series of exercises to help build stamina in the thighs and quads. This allows me to hit the slopes each year pretty hard, without undue soreness at the end of each day. Frank knows that fitness is important to me, and hes become an important and indispensable part of my physically active lifestyle.

    I am in my mid 50s and have never been so strong and fit since training with Franklyn. He has been training me at home for almost two years . I really enjoy my sessions . Franklyn always mixes the exercises up and doesnt just repeat the same format each session which makes it much more enjoyable . He is thoughtful , calm and patient. Always working you within your capabilities, strength and any injury requirements. He carefully watches you to make sure you perform the exercises correctly and increases the weight and difficulty once he knows you are ready . .I would highly reccommend Franklyn and have achieved great results

    I started working with Frank 2 years ago after a ski accident and as part of a long recovery process. I very much enjoy my sessions with Frank, It is very relaxed but he always keeps an eye and adjust to make sure I do the exercise correctly. Today I'm able to go further than I did prior to the accident, mostly due to the work I did with Frank.
