Wonderful brand ! lots of super lovely and refreshing designs and good value for money. My experience was enhanced by the very friendly Sabry, who was attentive to my every need and made sure I left satisfied. Excellent customer service, I will be back for sure !

Excellent service from the optician Evani who gave very educational advice and was professional and pleasant. Then the manager Cecile just topped it all with excellent support service pleasant and gave good advice with choosing a frame and helping me. I even got a coffee. Very beautiful frames that match the service THANK YOU keep up the good work

Fantastic experience at Jimmy Fairly Hampstead. The eye test was the most comfortable and thorough I've ever had. A man named Sabry helped me with my glasses fitting. He was incredibly helpful in choosing my frames and making sure the fit was good. He had very good knowledge and taste, it was like having my own personal stylist!! Excellent service by him. I'll be back for sunglasses soon and I'll be sure to ask for his help.

I had my first visit at Jimmy Fairly in Hampstead and it was a great experience. I went in for an eye check for the first time and was very pleased with how Ivani the optometrist has taken the time to understand my past eye health problems but also went out of her way to help me understand my NHS letters relating to my eye health/vision. The store looks very clean, has high tech equipment that was used during the eye check and Cecile was absolutely friendly and helpful in helping me decide my new glasses (which are also very stylish ) Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back.
