I reached out to Wayne & Silver to help me find a rental property we could move into in a short time frame and I cant thank them enough for the service I received. Within 2 days, they had shared and arranged viewings for a number of properties and within a week I had received the contract for the property I had decided to go with. Both Georgia and Cassie made themselves available in, and outside, of work hours. No question or request was too much. I have found the whole team at Wayne and Silver to be excellent throughout. However, I wanted to highlight that Cassie Krendel in the lettings department is truly exceptional at her job. It is clear that she has a wealth of knowledge and experience and knows the market in and around Hampstead extremely well.

We used Wayne and Silver when selling our flat in Hampstead and they did an excellent job. We were with another agency who were not performing and Mark came with his own ideas about how to market the property effectively, and we agreed to his suggestions. The team doing the viewings built good relationships with the buyers and in the end a sale was agreed with a committed buyer. Mark and team then effectively followed up until exchange and dealt with the post completion matters. I thoroughly recomend this agent.
