My experience was at the Muswell Hill store but sharing here to warn others. I bought a dress last week, took it home and discovered a high number of loose threads and unfinished stitching. Took it back asking for a refund and was met by incredibly rude and aggressive sales staff telling me that was simply impossible and that Id find fault with any dress if I looked closely enough. Its worth persisting as I did get a credit note. But take care as they are absolute cowboys!

Lovely shop, always a pleasure to browse around. Friendly staff, not like the shop in Muswell Hill, never return there again. Thanks Tina for your help as always.

I popped into Charli the other week whilst waiting for a friend. Tina was incredibly helpful as I explained I needed some gifts for my mum, girlfriend etc. She really has a good eye for knowing what will be suitable for the different age groups I required, I had to drag my friend in too... We both left with some vital key pieces for this Autumn which will definitely go down well as presents..They also had a sale going on...so worth popping in..ask for Tina and she will go out of her way to help.
