Try to avoid Behnaz. She is a liar and not professional at all. She promised the flat would be sorted, and nothing was done. It's been almost a month since I moved into the flat, and nothing has been fixed. There is a long list of things that have to be sorted. One of them is that the carpet was dirty, and they didn't even clean it. I am pretty much sure that they deducted the money from the previous tenant's deposit for not having the flat professionally cleaned, but they didn't use the money to actually clean it. Basically, that's stealing someone's money. After an official complaint, no one got back to me to even apologise. I am not surprised though...everyone knows that estate agents are scoundrels!

Parkheath and Eddie Harper really made a difference in getting a flat! I recently moved from Costa Rice to London, and since the moment I engaged with Parkheat they were communicative, detailed-oriented and interested in providing the BEST experience possible. And Eddie.. WOW! He really goes above and beyond to look for properties, follow-ups in a VERY efficient manner and is always there to support your throughout the experience.
