Ordered a very simple cremation. Paid in full upfront and supplied them an urn for the ashes. Hand delivered the green form that comes with the death certificate. Then waited, and waited, and waited. No one called or emailed, absolutely no attempt at communication. I called (phone always busy), no answer. Sent emails...no answer. Finally got through to someone and was told they would call the crematorium and get back to me. No one called back. I called again the next day and after a very long hold got through to someone. This time I yelled and screamed and read them the riot act. This seemed to work. One hour later I received a call that the ashes were ready to be picked up. No attempt at apologies, no excuses given just a simple "you can come and get them now". So if you want poor service, almost no communication and slightly higher than average prices then Kenyon is the perfect company for you.

We were treated with total respect and dignity. Wonderfully supportive throughout the whole process of my dear fathers cremation. Myself and my daughter are very grateful.

Very poor standards of service. Very disrespectful towards the deceased during the procession, service and burial. Mourners were shocked and distressed at the service provided. No response to letter of complaint. Definitely would not recommend this company.

They prey off the deaths at the Royal Free, as they are situated opposite. Spiteful and money grabbing

Admin were rude and uncaring to the mourners and trustees from the outset. An awful experience.
