I booked here for a second time for 4 guests after what was an amazing first experience. Unfortunately the latter didn't come close. After sending back 2 of the champagne mushrooms with croutons, which was 4 glorified mushrooms in what could only be described as dish cloth water, I had the joy of finding a long piece of hair 2 bites into the replacement salad to then send back. As the mains arrived my friend then sent back her main after also finding a hair. The wait staff didn't seem to have any knowledge of the menu and further more proceeded to make it very obvious that they were annoyed when we sent dishes back which rightly so we're not up to scratch. The standard has dropped and hygene levels need to be addressed, as the following hours after we left I paid the ultimate price of multiple trips to the toilet!! Abysmal!
