I have been with Keats for around 14 years and find them an exemplary GP practice. Most recently they have been so kind in helping me care for my elderly father who came down for Christmas and is still here in February. From the receptionists to the GPs they have gone out of their way to be helpful and professional but, most crucially, kind and empathetic. I think they are a model practice that should be studied by the Health Dept and replicated. I cannot thank them highly enough for their care over the years for me and my family.

GPs have gone into hiding. All requests for appointment dealt with by online questionnaire. Keen to divert work to secondary care where possible.

I've always had a good service here. Treated by a lovely, understanding and patient GP and helpful receptionists.
