I recently had the pleasure of having my laptop serviced by FirstAid+ PC and I cannot recommend them highly enough. My computer was not starting up, but Shahid approached the problem with diligence and expertise. He took the time to strip down my laptop and apply new thermal paste to the GPU and CPU, a task that proved to be quite cumbersome given the customised nature of the laptop. Even though it turned out that some components needed to be replaced, Shahid remained incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Not only did he keep me informed every step of the way, but he also provided valuable suggestions on other laptops and potential solutions to consider. The fee he charged was reasonable, especially considering the amount of work involved in diagnosing and attempting to fix my laptop. Took in a slow rather sickly PC and the same day I brought back a performance enhanced machine working well and at speed. Shahid also offers good advice on multiple other computing issues and his services are very reasonably priced.

I took my PC to Shahid as it had a major problem and always shut down. I was at my witsend as I was in the middle of an urgent work. Shahid was brilliant and kept me informed and up to date with the progress of fault finding. After 48 hours I collected the machine. Shahid did a great job in repairing the pc and clearing out obsolete software. Thanks a lot. Great job, Shahid.
