        The staff was very unfriendly and the one who gave us the ice cream didnt speak a single word or answered our questions. Everyone was asked if we wanted a small piece of chocolate on top of the ice cream - we werent even asked The ice cream was nice but all in one the experience there sadly wasnt.

      • Didnt get his name but there was a good looking, tall man working- he was so lovely! I was given the wrong drink by mistake, to which he apologised profusely, remade my drink, and gave me some free chocolate. Vencchi know how to take care of customers
