Absolute joke. The front car park should be for Blue Badge holders only. I have no choice but to wait, as can't walk very far. An hour and 25 mins!!! I finally got through the barrier, to have to go straight out the other side, as i hadn't got enough time to visit my Mum in hospital. Get a grip Kettering Hospital.

I wish I could write this review without giving any star!! Who employes these unprofessional people!! I was still speaking on the phone and he just cut it off, all that they're interested in is telling them that you are calling to pay, any other enquiries about the stupid unjustified tickets issued, they don't want to hear it!! You are ripping people off their hard earned money but your lives will forever be miserable

Signage is awful, the team on site tell me to call a number that never answers, multiple voicemails ignored and now Im faced with a 170 fine for 1 hour and 15 mins parking. Complete joke of a company

Received a PCN appealed as had proof of payment, they did not accept this, I fought the PCN but they were adamant. I have had to begrudgingly pay the fine. They should prove that they do not have the payment as I had to prove that I paid, therefore I will deduct the money I paid off the fine until they can prove it is not in their bank account. I have spoken to so many people that have had issues with CP Plus. I recommend that whenever you park in on of their car parks, you take a photo of the screen showing your details and payment being asked for and print a receipt. But then I am sure they still would not believe you. Rant over!!!
