        I changed from RBS to this branch and I have had nothing but the best service imaginable. I was dreading the move but it went smoothly and since then I have been popping in to the branch for various services. The staff is always friendly, polite and always very helpful. I am so happy that I have changed banks.

        Impressed by the service at this bank. I've just moved to the UK and was trying to set up a new bank account. It means a lot to me to choose an ethical bank, so I went with Nationwide. Everyone I encountered at this branch was extremely helpful and kind, even when I'd brought the wrong docs and was a flustered mess. Exactly the type of people you'd expect at an ethical bank. I asked to make a change to my initial online application, which turned out to be a huge hassle for them, but not once did they get short with me or treat me like a burden. A big shout out to Shopna for helping me set up my account.

        Had problems with setting up my account due to an administrative error at the main offices but this branch was very helpful in fixing this issue and spent a lot of time dealing with the problem for me. Great staff.
