Lovely place - the cinnamon social is to die for, as well as the salt and pepper roll with cheese and butter! the coffee is probably one of the best you'll find in London, and the staff is always nice and helpful !

Terrible service, all tables are left dirty so you need to take the dishes yourself. Disabled toilet with baby changing facilities is locked and you need to ask one of the staff members to unlock it for you which is not quick and convenient way to do. Take a receipt if you want to use a toilet as you need a code to open the door.

Staff are consistently rude and seem to be unable to make eye contact. Mess is left on tables for a long time without being cleared away. I have also overheard staff audibly complaining about and berating an unhappy customer who needed a refund as the store had messed up her cake order. There are much better places to go for coffee and cake - Hagen or Ginger & White. Dont bother with this place.
