The Coffee Cup

My last review was reported, probably by the same manager that yelled at me for not wanting to drink the terrible coffee I was served To quote he said " I know it's burnt!" , If you know it isn't good, why are you serving it? I didn't want to pay but he was getting increasingly angry and patronising towards me. I wouldn't go back.

I had a very unpleasant experience there on the weekend. We wanted to have a nice coffee and toastie with my boyfriend and unfortunately chose this cafe, which ruined our day a little bit. The staff was extremely rude, especially the older waiters. We felt unwelcome, they almost seemed angry that we sat there. They forgot my partners coffee inspite of us asking for it several times. The food was ok, poorly presented, my capouccino was so bad I left it there. Shame on them as there are some many competitors nearby, I wonder why they dont make a bigger effort.
