Been here several times throughout last year and the team is always so welcoming and efficient. The way they took care of a disabled man last time was just admirable. Loved the halloumi brioche!

I ordered two egg bacon and avocado brioche rolls this morning and the staff member serving me and her colleague gave the distinct impression this was an inconvenience. I did raise this and was told rather unenthusiastically that it wasnt. For nearly 7 for a roll I dont expect to feel I was somehow putting the staff out! Its unclear what the actual issue is but it needs addressing.

Visited Euphorium cafe in Hampstead Heath this afternoon with a friend. The lady who was on the til was rude and unfriendly. We were sitting at a table in the cafe but my friend's coffee came in a cardboard cup and she had to collect it from the counter area herself. I ordered a toasted Sandwich which I also had to collect from the counter, it was on the side wrapped up in a paper bag. I then had to go back to the counter again to ask for a plate for my sandwich and a knife to cut it with, whilst other people who ordered hot sandwiches had their orders brought to their tables on plates and were given China cups and saucers. I have attached a photo of the bathroom floor which was filthy along with a photo of 3 huge bags of rubbish which were piled beside the wall in the cafe and put me off my food. Sandwich wasn't very tasty. Will not be returning, poor service, poor food and dirty environment. Also expensive, paid just under 18 for 2 sandwiches, a coffee and a water. Avoid.
