    Half way through our six week course with Graham and Kirsty. Each day, Monday to Friday, we do a different set of exercises. Each week we progress, work a little harder to build up our strength and agility. A great way to get fitter and to enjoy life more. The session is run early in the morning and I thought I would struggle to get up and throw myself into the sessions. Instead I have found myself in a routine and cannot believe how much I am enjoying exercising in the morning. You do not have to be fit or exercise every day, as each of us have different fitness levels and we work at our own pace. Graham and Kirsty find inventive ways to challenge us and coach us on our form and technique. I would highly recommend the class to anyone. I will definitely be signing up for the next six week course.

    This is an excellent course, the classes are varied and progressive and cater for every level of ability. Kirsty and Graham are professional and motivating, and most importantly make it fun! Id highly recommend to anyone.

    I've just done my first 2 weeks of the course and feel so much better - my energy levels have increased and I feel much fitter. It's possible to go at your own pace and Graham and Kirsty are really encouraging. Everyone is friendly and I can't believe how much I am enjoying the early start. I would highly recommend this course for anyone - whatever their fitness levels.

    If you're thinking that getting up early every day and doing exercise is going to be too much for you, I can only say give it a try. I have much more energy than before and it's a great feeling to set you up for the day. The sessions are never the same and you can really see how you're progressing. Highly recommended!

    Not usually one for classes like this, I took the plunge and have been blown away by how much I enjoy it. Graham and Kirsty have a passion and enthusiasm that is really infectious and I found myself pushing to the limit of every workout. The workouts are progressive and really well paced, and I've already found myself to be stronger and trimmer after only a few weeks. Also discovered I'm a fan of yoga - who knew!
