I am referring specifically to SportsDirect as BazaarVoice asked me for a number of reviews for the products I purchased on sportsdirect website.
They only accept positive comments. If your order from SD did not arrived, arrived incomplete or the item purchased is of low quality they will not publish your comments unless you shape your review so it actually says that the service you received is great. If you have a genuine complain about the service from the company BazaarVoice cooperate with then you cannot provide it to other users as they will nip it in the bud.
So much for professionalism , respect to the customer and basic integrity.
