Jhoots Pharmacy

Always had a great service from Jhoots. They call me when my prescription is ready and will usually have the medication the next morning if not available straight away (this has only happened with twice in 3 years too, once for a specific refrigerated injection and another for my usual meds). Always super friendly and helpful staff. Cant say I have had a bad experience at all to be honest.

Left this pharmacy even if I live right here in the building. Went to collect my prescription last year and when I left the pharmacy I noticed they gave me someone elses prescription. I found this very unprofessional and went back in to show them. The main pharmacist who works there said to me eh well. I said what do you mean by that? This is not right. I could of went home and had these tablets like some people who dont even look at the prescription. He said just get over it and he was so rude. I never went back there again. Unprofessional people working there.

I have found the service to be outstanding, over the first locked down they even delivered to our door without asking. You just need to check the opening times
