Staff are professional and polite, went in just browsing for earrings as I lost my favourite ones I wore for years, I was helped by a staff member shenae who was polite and didnt make me feel uncomfortable or awkward (as I normally do) she helped me find a good match as a replacement great quality great price havent taken them off for a day since.

What an amazing store Hammersmith is! I wasn't intending to go in but saw some nice jewellery in the window so popped in to take a closer look. The manager Flavio served me. Very professional and knowledgable he helped me choose a nice Christmas present for my mum and sister. I wasn't intending to buy my sister anything but Flavio picked out some nice earrings so bought them for her! The store was nice, clean and had a good selection of items. The staff were great, especially Flavio who really went above and beyond to assist a rather clueless customer! . I will return and highly recommend to anyone who wants to buy some affordable jewellery. Thanks. S

This used to be a very good shop,because of the shop management and staff,used to be very professional,but am very sorry to experience very bad customer service from this horrible manageress and her staff,won't be returning and strongly advise future customers to stay well away,and everything is far to over priced

I really don't know what kind of shop tries so hard for the customer not to purchase anything from there shop,but you finally find one here,I shall write an official complaint to headquarters,as I went in with hidden cameras just to back up my claim,its obvious the deputy manageress didn't want me to purchase an item for a considerable amount of money
