Traid Hammersmith

Love this place. Been coming on and off for 10 years and have always found great stuff. I genuinely found better dresses in here today than in Westfield. More unique, brilliant prices and no fast fashion guilt. Thanks!

We sadly had a large amount of clothes to recycle and traid hammersmith were very helpful and appreciative. All the staff very lovely xxxxx

Ive been to every single Traid store and usually the experience has been really positive. On my last visit to the Hammersmith store, this was not the case - The attitude of the manager in this store is appalling. Before it even reached closing time she was refusing to let people into the store. She was also screaming and arguing aggressively with customers who were in the store still for 15 minutes straight before closing time. She even started barging through the doors of the changing rooms without knocking to tell people to get out. None of this unacceptable behaviour was even directed at me, yet it still it made me feel extremely uncomfortable, to the point that Im now reluctant to return to this specific store.
