Myself and my various tenants have found Willmotts both courteous and efficient as property management agents. In addition over the years its been easy to reach out for their local market knowledge & advice which is always offered without the hard sell associated with many other property agents.

I recently bought my flat through Willmotts and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The whole team was extremely responsive and always kept me in the loop throughout the process, making it a stress-free experience. Wilmotts have been managing a property that I own in a block of flats. In December, I made a decision to sell the property to sell it. Unfortunately, I have been unable to complete the sale because Willmotts have completely neglected to keep their fire and absestos report up to date. It actually expired 10 months ago. I have been promised that I will recieve a new report but I have been given no fixed date and have been kept waiting over a month. Aside from my frustration, I find it even more alarming that a block which houses of 300 individuals does not yet have a currrent, up-to-date "Fire Risk Assessment & Asbestos" report. I find them vague, non responsive and the worst of their type that I have ever dealt with.
