        I've been a EE customer for a while now and the call centre has always been amazing. Last week, when I needed to discuss / purchase mobile broadband I went to your Hammersmith branch, where I was assisted by Bogdan [hope I've spelt that correctly]. No only did I turn up just when they were about to close, but he stayed late, was charm itself, incredibly knowledgeable, and hands-down The Best customer consultant I have had the pleasure to deal with, in years, in retail. He is a massive asset to your organisation. Standing ovation from me. Jonny Lockwood.
