The manager is the rudest woman ever! The jewellery is cheaply made and my Christmas necklace broke within a week. I tried to exchange it and they said it was my fault. Please dont go here

Very rude customer service from the older woman with brown curly hair. Unbelievably rude and just horrible customer service. Shouldnt be working with customers! Wont be coming here ever again.

I visited this shop today and have been in London for 2 days, this was the first time a member of staff from a shop welcomed me as a customer, we chatted for a bit and it was so refreshing, thank you Lolita
