        Amazing people! Kind, friendly and ready to help. They have fixed my glasses (from a different place) twice now. First time I lost one screw and second I needed adjusting the frames for tightness and symmetry. They did not charge me a penny. On the contrary when I had my glasses fixed in Speksavers they didn't only put the screw in a very poor way but also mentioned that they should charge me 1.80!

        Came here to do a new spec. Had the best customer service from the start (making an appointment) to end. Had an eye test, picked frames, getting measurements, receiving the new specs- all done within 2 hours. Fatima assist us through the process and she was professional, friendly and helpful with all the information we need/picking a desired lense and frame. All of the staff were really attentive to our needs and enquiry as well. Really appreciate the whole experience and I definitely recommend to people looking for a reliable, efficient, and friendly optician.
