Great 1-2-1 service, but they don't seem to offer group therapy anymore, which really helped me tremendously. Would highly recommend.

After trying a couple of CBT therapy sessions which I didn't enjoy, I was skeptical about whether counselling was me, however Lanre Adeyekun at West London Centre for Counselling has been wonderful. I always looked forward to our sessions and Lanre has made a real difference to my life. There weren't many sessions at the beginning where I wasn't in tears throughout, but by the end, I had tackled painful emotions and overcome a lot of hurt and issues that I was not even aware of. What I really liked about Lanre, is that she guides you to the core of an issue in a non-judgemental way and I found that she completely understood me throughout and was very easy to talk to. I learned a lot about myself, the reasons behind my reactions and how to better improve relationships in my life. I would highly recommend Lanre and am so thankful for my time spent with her. I feel the happiest I have felt in a long time, and have the tools to move forwards. Thank you Lanre for all of your guidance and support.
